Kids practice communicating clearly and

respectfully through words and body language

while using tools like “I feel” statements to build

understanding, connection, and social awareness.

This mission strengthens communication skills and

emotional confidence.

Kids learn simple calming strategies such as deep

breathing, stretching, and visualization to help

their bodies and minds settle. These mindfulness-

based tools teach self-regulation by showing

children how to notice when they feel

overwhelmed and how to return to a calm,

focused state.

Mission 4: Express Yourself

Missions 4 to 10 are all about learning and

developing coping skills.

Mission 2: Feel Good Feelings

Kids learn to notice unhelpful thoughts and “flip”

them into more helpful ones. Using CBT and

growth mindset techniques, they build optimism,

confidence, and flexible thinking.
